Research the nature of this survey took a sample from a population and use the questionnaire as a means of collecting good data, with the title of the research is: "The Effect of Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction of Employees (Studies in Malang Regency Government Economic and Development Section)" The purpose of this study is to know the style of leadership and employee job satisfaction on the part of Malang Regency Government Office for Economic Affairs and Development and to determine whether the style of leadership that exist in Malang Regency Government Office for Economic and Development Section effect on job satisfaction. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on a Scale analysis shows that the leadership style used in Malang Regency Government of the Economic and development when viewed from employee orientation and production orientation into the high category. Employee satisfaction at the Government of Malang Regency entry in the high category. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis can be seen that a significant difference between the styles of leadership in Malang Regency Government employee job satisfaction. Suggestions proposed in this research that is expected pimpinan always tried to provide support for activities undertaken by employees is to give instructions are clear so that the work to its pegawai dibebankan can be resolved in accordance with the rules and procedures have been specified. Leaders are expected to always try to give a time limit settlement process work to be completed by the leader, namely by setting deadlines that must be met by the employee. In an effort to provide support for employees in the process of completion of the work is expected to head always control the activities conducted employee. Through these policies it is by itself the employees feel satisfied with the results of the work that has been achieved.
