Abstract

In Indonesia, likely not yet shown definitive number how many gratuity ( %) of possibility of children in Indonesia gird ADHD. This Matter is possible caused by many parent and teacher which not yet known categorically about ADHD. This is marked with existence of disability of child to giving all attention to something that faced, so the span of attention is short time when its compared to the other child. ADHD usually accompanied with hyperactive symptom and impulsive. This diseases can bother growth of child in the case of is cognate, behavior, communications and also socialization. Many alternatives therapy to overcome problems at child with ADHD. But researcher use play therapy because the age of subject research was included at play phase. Then writer get easy to getting close environment of subject. This reason makes the writer make some research about play therapy at the children with ADHD. The main goal of this research is “do the play therapy can handle the problem of natural behaviour of child with ADHD. This research use research method of single case study - non eksperiment with the aim of this are to know the change of behavior after giving of treatment play therapy. In this research collecting method of data by using non-structure and open interview techniqu, observation, and giving the play therapy as a treatment. Analysing data use analysis method is non-statistik with graph. After given play therapy, the behavioral of ADHD have problem which look of natural subjek has change. At the first time subject feel difficulty in looking after its attention at one particular object and easy to annoyed by external excitement, subjek can look after its attention by paying attention each given duty detail. Also with hyperactive which owned by subjek, likely after given play therapy to subject can do its calmer activity meagrely though once in a while doing in a hurry with reason to be quickly finish it. Play therapy impulsive and aggressive with aim to train subject in transferring its aggressiveness through the picture as media to express took a fancy and unwelcome. This matter was proved with degradation of behavioral appearance frequency of impulsive and aggressive of subject. Nevertheless also there are behaviors which not experience of degradation that is behavior interrupt discussion of others.
