This research is a case study in which the Government Nganjuk entitled "Effectiveness and Efficiency Analysis of Regional Income In Nganjuk." The purpose of this research is to know how big the effectiveness and efficiency of local native revenues by the Government Nganjuk and to find out how the Government Nganjuk manage revenue effectively and efficiently. The analytical tool used to know the Government's financial management Nganjuk is to use local financial ratio analysis is, Effectiveness Ratio, Efficiency Ratio, and Growth Ratio. Effectiveness ratio calculation results for Nganjuk annual average was 110.80%. Nganjuk efficiency ratio for an average of 13.77% annually. The ratio of average revenue growth per year Nganjuk amounted to 26.16%. Results of calculating the ratio can be concluded that the level of effectiveness in 2001-2004 Nganjuk good enough but experienced fluctuations except in the year 2005, which is not effective because the PAD was not realized. Nganjuk efficiency ratio is good enough because it is efficient in picking up the PAD. For Nganjuk growth ratio tends to decline. Based on the description above, authors may recommend that the Government Nganjuk more to optimize the pad by means of intensifying and extending revenue potential exploration and maintain the effectiveness and financial efficiency.
