The number of creativity tests in Indonesia is still very limited, therefore it is necessary to make test equipments baru.Origami creativity is an art of paper folding that originated from Japan is already very popular and is one of the games favored by children. However, other than as a game, note that previous research through origami, in addition to playing the kids can learn to creativity with work or make a crease on the basis of his imagination at once to train with diligence, accuracy, tidiness, and this of course is closely connected with creativity, then the origami can be used as a measuring tool that is able to measure the level of creativity, especially in children. In preparing a test tool, need to go through stages that must be done, which begins with determining materials and test kits used, do try out in order to determine the administration of tests including the determination of scoring and determination of research subjects, conduct research, do the scoring, to test the validity and reliability tests, and then do the preparation of the norm. Norma is very important to be made because it is used as a reference in interpreting the test results. The purpose of this research is to develop test norms origami creativity. subjects in this study were children in late childhood, ie between 6-10 years, because at this time the creative potential of children is growing in an optimal so need to get more serious attention. This study is a joint study, the researchers in this study is more specialized in the manufacture of norms for children ages 9 -10 years, to another age and also more detailed calculations about the validity and reliability tests conducted by other researchers. Based on the results validity and reliability in mind that creativity tests origami declared valid (r = 0.2117 to 0.7588) and reliable (0.7789> r table) for each of its aspects and also expressed externally valid when correlated with other creativity tests which Torrance test of figural creativity because they measure the same aspects (r = 0.285 to 0.346 and the sig <0.05) so that the otherwise significant relationship between the two tests. Once it is done preparing the norm creativity test performance with origami media using the percentile method, by dividing into 5 categories based on the measured aspects of Fluency, flexibility, Originality and Elaboration to then grouped based on the total scale scores and creativity test performance norms obtained by the media origami is very high> 17, high 14-17, medium 12-13, low 8-11 and very low <8.
