Abstract
This Research Done at Government Office Probolinggo City, Having Location at Panglima Sudirman19 Street Probolinggo. Based on description, hence writer in this research takes title " Finance Performance Analysis of Government of Town Probolinggo based on APBD by using method value for money" activity ratio, Result of calculation activity ratio in year budget 2006 to 2008 each of 13,97%, 16,44%,10,93% for routine expenditure. For development shopping each of 22,36%,32,28%,22,62%. Based on result of activity ratio indicates that government Probolinggo is more prioritizing is budget fund for routine expenditure than development shopping. Economic ratio shows result either, because result from calculation indicating that government Probolinggo told to be good, because in the year its(the 2007 percentage values is highest that is 94,92% and fund released not too big. Based on result from affectivity ratio have been told good. In the year 2006 obtained [by] value 10,60% and the year 2007 98,11%, while in the year 2008 storey percentage experiences degradation equal to 96,71% because cost released ever greater, causing experiences degradation. Result of calculation efficiency ratio at earnings of government area Probolinggo told to be good. At knowing 2006 efficiency values equal to 97,39%, at knowing 2007 experiencing impairment equal to 93,56%, but in the year 2008 efficiency ratio values experiences increase equal to 94,93% because cost released more and more big so earnings more and more big.
