The title of this resercah is ‘the influene of service quality to the consumen’s satisfaction of Restaurant service ready to Pizza hut Malang” The purpose of this research to know the influence of variables service’s quality to the consumen’s satisfaction of Restaurant service ready to Pizza hut Malang and to know which variable from the service’s quality that influence or maybe the most influence to the satisfaction of pizza hut malang Based on problem’s pattern and basis for theory that said by the writer choose hypothesis of this research’s problems (1).It is accused that variable of service’s quality include direct evidence, realibility, energy listen carefully, empathy influence to the consumen’s satisfaction Restaurant service ready to Pizza hut Malang (2). It is accused variable of direct evidence influence to the consumen’s satisfaction service Restaurant service ready to Pizza hut Malang Analise’s equipment that used on this research is doubled regretion’s analyse, Before it, the data is processed by using doubled regretion’s is analysed first by using validity test and realibility test. Based on Hypothesis test that done, obtained conclusion that all variables service quality influence to the consumen’s satisfaction Pizza Hut is all variables are direct evidence, realibility, energy listen carefully, empathy so hypothesis I is received. Hypothesis II the most influence variable is direct evidence so hypothesis II that raised is received.
