Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo (UMP) established a building used for library space in the campus environment by using reinforced concrete construction, with building heights reached 20.74 meters, which includes three (3) main floor. The problems that exist in library development UMP 1). How to plan the design of major elements (roof, floor plates, beams and columns) based on data and procedures. 2). How can the existing constraints (control) against an outcome of planning so that in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose compiler itself is so that authors can learn how far the plan of a building with disciplines that have been obtained. Steps in planning the building began with the planning of steel roof truss, floor plate design, planning parent beam and the beam and column perenncanaan. In planning these structural elements using SNI - 03 - 1729 to 2002 for the planning of steel roof truss and SNI 03-2847 - 2002 for planning of the floor plate, beam, main beam and reinforced concrete columns. Statics calculations using the computer program SAP 2000 version of 7:42 to obtain forces and moments acting on each portal is planned. From the analysis results obtained planning calculation for steel roof truss construction using steel profiles 2L 90 x 90 x 9 and 2L 80 x 80 x 8, for the construction of the floor plate using two-way slab system with 120 mm thick plate, used in the main reinforcement pedestal and the main reinforcement field, to obtain the reinforcement beam construction field and reinforced pedestal, in the construction of the main beam direction (x): to obtain the reinforcement beam roof pitch and pull the foundation reinforcement were reinforced press, to the floor beams II and III obtained reinforcement and reinforcement field support, in parent beam construction direction (v): to get the roof beams and reinforcement bars field support, for floor beams II and III gained ground reinforcement and reinforcement pedestal and, for columns with dimensions of 400x400 mm used reinforcement.
