In daily life, each individual can not be separated from communication process within interaction between one to another’s. the communication truth is a massages delivery to a human that is start from ideas or human feeling to distributed into others by using mode, language and media as distributor. Community dynamics usually colored by many demands especially that connected with their life needed. The progress of information technology gives more and technology of service user or costumer to choose the exact and quick way in presenting their importance. Only a company that has costumer concept will run. Because they will give better value rather that the competition to the target they will capable in getting not only product making and engineering but also market engineering. Service program to the costumer always be meant as service quality mainly means as opportunity expansion on services satisfaction by costumer. So the success of an organization mostly are caused by the effective of communication facilities that available because communication is a key of organization success. The affectivities of an organization or company support in conducting the job, the company needs media to gain a supported condition for service to the costumer. As we know that a costumer company is the most importance factor. It is clear enough that the company development depends on the facilities or media that has been used by costumer to present kinds of target to create positive massage and perception from the costumer. PT.Telkom as a company that run telecommunication service has an important role as the basic of Indonesia telecommunication system always be in front is not separated from service dimension for costumer. The type of this research is quantitative research the research that aims for connecting the available phenomenon’s with other aspects and try to explain the factor that caused a phenomenon and capable to answer or to explain why that factor has influence with that phenomenon, while the basic of this research is survey that aims to a big amount of individual or unit of group that mostly focus on some variables. Remind the unit that has been study in a big amount.
