Every person has a style different leads that can be characteristic of him. Transformational leadership needs to be owned by a leader, in order to enhance the efforts of subordinates to achieve optimal results. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership with employee morale. Morale is the attitude and feelings of individuals that cause a person to work harder and better so peekrjaan can be resolved quickly and better aligned with the desired destination. Transformational leadership is one's ability to lead and influence others to create awareness and change the views of the followers will be solving old problems with new ways and exciting, directing a change in mission, strategy, structure and culture of the organization as well as inspire and motivate to achieve results greater. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership to morale. This study used a sample of 70 employees of the Office of the Administrator Juanda Sidoarjo. Scale data collection methods Transformational Leadership and Morale Scale. Sample collection technique is to use total sampling. Data analysis performed using the method koreasi product moment. The results showed r = 0.301 and p = 0,011 which means there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership with employee morale, that the higher transformational leadership, the higher employee morale, on the contrary the lower the lower the transformational leadership of his spirit . Effective contribution to the morale of leadership trasnformasional of 9.1% means that one of the transformational leadership factors that affect morale.
