This research is quantitative research that aims to examine the relationship between the perception of regional autonomy with employee involvement. The level of involvement of employees will vary and is influenced by various factors, among others, applied organizational culture, work ethic, job satisfaction, and situational characteristics. Involvement is the level where employees work together and get into the job, delivering time and energy into it and looked at the job as the center of his whole life, where the involvement of employees to share information, knowledge, rewards and power of the organization. High work involvement will make a rare late and absent employees, and make someone enjoy their participation in decision making. The situation that developed at this time can only affect one's level of job involvement. For example, is currently widespread public parties observe the implementation of regional autonomy. Regional autonomy that was running to get a different rating to each individual. Assessment of the implementation of regional autonomy that is what is called the perception of regional autonomy. Perceptions of autonomy may affect the working person's level of involvement. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this research is no relationship between the perception of regional autonomy with employee involvement. The subjects in this study were employees who worked in the Office of Family Planning and Family Welfare as well as employees of the District General Hospital Pamekasan. The research subject was taken through a purposive sampling technique and methods of data collection using a scale, namely (1) the scale of perceptions about regional autonomy, and (2) job involvement scale. Analyzing data using product moment correlation technique and the computer program SPSS (Statistics Programme For Social Science) version 10.0. From the results of this study concluded that there was no significant relationship between the perception of regional autonomy with employee involvement, with correlation coefficient (r) = 0129 and opportunities for error (P) = 0432.
