ABSTRAC In this time education world of vital importance utilize to support in social status and work world. But in the queer of economic at the moment many indigent society which cannot send to school their children. From here emerge School of alternative that is SMP Alam Banyuwangi Islamic School, where this school have the expense of which is reached for all people especially middle economic circle downwards. All student only buy with vegetable per week. Because of that's SMP Alam BIS usual called "School Vegetable". SMP Alam BIS which have 4 year stand up this counted to start from 2005 / 2006 until 2008 / 2009 it is of course find difficulties in developing trust with society. Considering that its strength of society paradigm concerning quality school is expensive school and Country. From here finally SMP Alam BIS create special strategies in developing trust with society. In this research of researcher use research model of descriptive qualitative. As for some subject in this research is headmaster of SMP Alam BIS, teacher and staff, students, collegiate, Student’s parents and donor. Technique of data collecting in this research is interview, documentation and observation. For data analyze technique therefore the writer use descriptive qualitative. Strategy in developing trust of society executed by SMP Alam BIS very having an effect on continuity of school. If the strategy can be success therefore all intention of SMP Alam BIS that is striving education to children which is indigent can reach. Therefore needed by really good strategy. In this research writer use theory of Fungsionalisme Structural property of Talcott Parsoon. Strategy of SMP Alam BIS in developing trust with society there are four things such as the first, is expense which is reached, second developing society opinion by students qualities, the third developing society opinion by the qualities teacher, the last developing society opinion by direct interaction between SMP Alam BIS with society. In attainment of students quality therefore SMP Alam BIS have three way such as among others is the existence System of Camp Class, curriculum that match with requirement of society and existence of education target which must reach by each students. Besides that SMP Alam BIS in doing direct interaction with society by using some ways such as held the social devote, opening courses place, held English competition and publication. From some the strategy as for supplementary factor and resistor of its execution. The supplementary factor is the existence of support of government while resistor factor is the lack of fund to programs which not do yet and the strength of paradigm of society about quality school is expensive school and Country or public ownership.
