Building the overflow is a building that serves to protect the body from dangerous dam runoff (over toping) the time of the flooding at a dam, especially dam type urugan. This plan consists of several analysis including: analysis of hydrology, water balance, hydraulics and stability in the overflow building construction. Hydrological analysis to calculate the design flood discharge of 17.231 m3/sec obtained Q100 and QPMF of 47.519 m3/sec. Analysis of water balance required for effective storage 0.68324 MCM located at an elevation of +245.00. with kabutuhan irrigation area of 55 ha of irrigation. Hydraulic analysis to plan the dimensions of buildings overflow with normal water surface elevation is maintained +245.00 with flood water surface elevation maximum allowable +246.20. Building the overflow planned 6 m wide with no pillars, the overflow tree top height of 2 m while the transition channel 36 m long with a slope of 0.07 and the basic launcher channel 60 m with bottom slope 0.191 6.72 m long swimming eject and release the channel length of 25 m with bottom slope 0.0005. Later analysis of the construction of the overflow stability as stability control to meet safety requirements of buildings to rolling, sliding and bearing capacity.
