The fulfillment of sexual needs conjugal refugees was an act committed by husband and wife refugees to fulfill her sexual needs. The situation is not clear to privacy and territories is one of the reasons sexual needs could not be fulfilled easily. For that, it takes a certain way to keep her sexual needs met, given that sexual needs are basic needs. Research with the aim to find out how the sexual needs of spouses of refugees was conducted in New Porong Market Sidoarjo from March 24, 2007 to April 17, 2007 with the research subject has 5 couples. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. The procedure involves the pre field research, field phase and proceed with data analysis. Examination data were calculated using triangulation method. Results of research on sexual fulfillment refugee couple, includes an overview of how their sexual fulfillment, where the condition of the refugee difficult for them to satisfy their sexual needs. Positive impacts such as stress levels to be down and emotions do not become tense, will be felt the husband and wife during the sexual needs of refugees can be met. This situation is different when the sexual needs could not be fulfilled. Negative impacts such as irritable for no apparent reason and stress levels increase, will be felt when the husband and wife's sexual needs could not be fulfilled. On the whole it can be concluded that it is not easy to meet the sexual needs in the camp. Required preparation for current sexual needs are not disturbed others or interfere with the surrounding environment. Even though actual sexual activity needs a husband and wife are not disturbed internally displaced, but having to stay in the camp made them can not do with ease. The ambiguity of privacy is one of the reasons.
