Abstract

This research was survey which title “Pengaruh Variabel-variabel Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Sortir Di PT. Insan Citra Prima Sejahtera Unit Tuban.” The objectives of it were knew motivation which is given to the employees, knew employee performance, and influence between motivation whivh content of physicology need, safety need, social need, achievement need, and self actualization need to the employee performance, and the last objective was knew dominant influence of them in sort department PT. Insan Citra Prima Sejahtera. Populations of this research were all of sort department fix employee of PT. Insan Citra Prima Sejahtera, there was 150 peoples. Sample of it was used Slovin with amount 60 peoples. Analyze data tool was used rating scale and multiple regression. Hyphotesis test was used f test, t test and regression coefficient. Analyze data results was showed physicology need had average score 193,25 which meaned high value. Safety need had average score 187,5 also high value. The same value which average score 181,5 was social need. Achievement need had average score 187 also had same value eith another. It also happened in actualization need with average score 175,75. totally average score of motivation was 185,5 which high value. Performance of sort department employee had average score 184 alco meaned high value. F test result has wort 40,481, that was meaned motivation could influent to the amployee performance. T test result showed physicology, safety and social need had pocitive infulent to the performance. But achievement and self actualization had no influent to it. The dominant value is showed of physicologiy need because it had biggest regression coeficient of them.
