Nunukan is a sub-province which is verged on with Malaysia. As a development region, sub-province of Nunukan try to increase of service on transportation sector. One way in which is with increasing of Nunukan Airport services, that is air side facilities development which are Runway, Taxiway and Apron. Nunukan Airport planning to serve a airplane, that is Boeing 737-200. With a runway existing condition which it only can landed by Fokker-27 and Cassa-212, so it has to plan a development dimension and the pavement of Runway, Taxiway and Apron. Dimension plan in this paper use FAA (Federal Aviation Association) methods, while a pavement plan use CBR (California Bearing Ratio) methods. With FAA methods shows that the dimensions of Runway that is 2.650 m, the minimum width is 30 m, width of safety area is 150 m, length of safety area is 300 m. The dimensions of Taxiway that is needed : the minimum width 18 m, minimum width of shoulder 6 m, and width of safety area 36 m. While Apron dimensions that is needed : 147 m in length and 127 m in width. With CBR methods shows that the pavement of Runway with total thickness 103,53 cm, consisting of 12,70 cm Asphalt Concrete, 20,32 cm Sand Gravel Bituminous, and 70,51 cm Crushed Agregate. While thickness pavement each of Taxiway and Apron are total thickness 103,53 cm, consisting of 15,24 cm Asphalt Concrete, 22,86 cm Sand Gravel Bituminous, and 65,43 cm Crushed Agregate.
