A destination for this research are identification vegetation which exist at Taman Hutan Raya Raden Soeryo that consist of 7 Area: Pusung Bunder, Pusung Buntung, Watu Jendelo, Tras, Gimbo, Tanggul Asi, and Utara Makam. The research was made at June 30 – July 13, 2009. The sample for vegetation analysis are make with plot method that useful for learning vast forest community that unknowing situation. For number of plot are decide from KLSA method that according from dense of cluster and number kind of species vegetation are influence for the size of plot. The step are register all number kind of species vegetation that include inside a plot, than increase are size for the plot twice twice than register again number kind of species vegetation until 10 % 5 %. After minimum size for represent Anjasmoro Mount already decide, next step are make a plot have size 20 m x 20 m for the tree level (which height > 5 m), 10 m x 10 m for poles level (Ø 10 – 35 cm, height > 2,5 m), 5 m x 5 m for sapling level and 2 m x 2 m for seedling level, than distribute the plot according to result fom KLSA method to all Anjasmoro Mount part. Files which to analysis with systematic in Anjasmoro mount is: density, relative density (%), frequence, relative frequence (%), dominance, relative dominance (%), and value important indeks (%). Than, for the calculate indeks of dominance useful shannon indeks of diversity, and indeks of similarity. Result of the research are indicated Anjasmoro Mount at Taman Hutan Raya Rade Soeryo we can take conclusion that cluster vegetation with sum 105 species for 36 family. The species which have value important is Quercus gemelliflora Bl, Schima wallichii DC Korth, Podocarpus rumphii Bl, Blumea balsamifera Bl, Casuarina junghuhniana, Syzygium sp, and Stelechocarpus burahol (Bl) Hook F & Th very dominance for seedling level, sapling, poles, and trees. The species at undercover level is Ptenandra echinata, Imperata cylindrica, Myrsine sp, Fimbristylis ferrugiena Vahl, Smilax glauca, and Pteris sp.
