Especial Prima Dollar very require to apply the mentioned because leader have to able to show attitude, nature of and behaviour for his subordinate so that the leader able to become example the place enquire even the place complain goodness like and also sorrowful for employees. On the other hand the environmental condition work physical even also very have an effect on to spirit of employees job. Environmental work physical represent an environment of where all employees work and can influence them in running duties which is burdening to them . Factors which is the inclusive of environment work physical is coloration, hygiene, air transfer, lighting, music, noise and space to move. To obtain get good performance need existence motivate job of high employees because owning important role in order to improving company performance. So that the formula internal issue of this research is influence of environmental perception work to motivation work employees PR. Especial Prima Dollar Worse luck, and if there is how big the effect. Environment work in an company of vital importance to be paid attention by management. Nitisemito ( 2000:183) proposing environment work is everything exist in about all worker which can influence her self in running duties which is berdened. While Sedarmayati ( 2001:1) defining, environment work is substance and tool appliance entirety faced by vinicity environment where somebody work, hisjob method, and also his job arrangement is good as individualness and also as a group. Robbins ( 1996) defining motivation as a alacrity to try as optimal as possible in organization target attainment influenced by ability of effort to gratify some individual requirement. Type of Research which the researcher use in method of this research is type research of quantitative deskrptif. type of Research which using this research explanasi, that is research explaining relation of kausal between variable through the examination of hypothesizing or clarification research. Sampel used in this research all employees PR. Especial Prima Dollar as much 76 people, so that the technique intake of its sampel use total of sampling or take amount of sampel of entirety because his amount less than 100 people. Technique analyse data used that is by using analysis of simple linear regression. Pursuant to result analyse data which have been conducted, then the researcher can conclude the following : there are influence between environmental perception work among motivation work employees PR. Especial Prima Dollar. Level of influence given environmental perception work to motivation work PR. Especial Prima Dollar equal to 30,6% having very significant link. And the rest of equal to 69,4% influenced by other;dissimilar variable which isn’t explained in this research. result of simple analysis regresi liniear, can be interpreting that Y ( motivate employees job ) will mount equal to 0,581 set of to each every addition one set of X ( environmental perception work ). Become if work environment was good condition, then motivate employees job mount 0,581set.
