Presently, industrial movement more complex, Indonesia one of nation that just grown dealing with globalization and world trade in Pacific Asian. This compete require the industrial to achieve more satisfaction, specification and standard, according the legal author in international trading. Outsourcing more become known and also strategic weapon for eliminate the employee and saving more money and timed but the company still can focus to the bottom line on business. It is true that Outsourcing is majorly effected to the labour, some also reacting normally, and refusing, some also many labour feel anxiety for this situation. Anxiety can be generated from the respon mental tension against condition and from respon of uncertainly feeling. The aim of this study is to see and identified how anxiety level that happened to outsourcing labour, we expect that our study can give some input that can meaning a lot for industrial world and other organization. In this study we use kuantitatif descriptive method combine purposive sampling. Which were then analysed data by using Kuantitatif Descriptive. Validation test conducted is Total Correlation Item with Correlation Product Moment by using Dikotomi model. Result of the analysis from this 50 item there is 38 item valid, reliable and pass analysis item, from 30 people as subject study we got result the level of anxiety at outsourcing labour in Hipno Creative Media is high, total for it 16 people (53,3%) differ 2 people (6,6%) from total labour that having anxiety, with low level is 14 people or 46,7 %.
