Abstract

PT. IGA ABADI Pasuruan represent peripatetic manufacturing business in area of furniture. In this time PT. IGA ABADI Pasuruan produce various is acid furniture type like : Bed Side Chest, Single Dresser, Blanked Chest, Chest Night Stand, and Drawer Chest. Scheduling of production is Resource allocation from time to time to execute a group of work. Intention of scheduling is to facility allocation produce in this case machine to work by determining production process sequence a correct product to be time minimization workmanship of expense and product can which released by company. Intention of this research to give proposal consideration of production schedule sequence for the minimization of time makespan. With method of Campbell Dudeks And Smith obtained by sequence of job ( Sequencing) in January that is Blanked Chest - Chest Night Stand - Drawer Chest - Bed Side Chest - Single Dresser with makespan 299.95 jam, in Februari that is Blanked Chest - Chest Night Stand - Single Dresser - Drawer Chest - Bed Side Chest with makespan 270.64 jam, in March that is Chest Night Stand - Drawer Chest - Blanked Chest - Bed Side Chest - Single Dresser with makespan 343.31 jam and an April that is Drawer Chest - Chest Night Stand - Single Dresser - Blanked Chest - Bed Side Chest with makespan 324.72 jam.
