Abstract

Paving block a building material component that made from cement mixture hidrolis or of a kind it, aggregate and water with or without another addition ingredient doesn't decrease quality paving block. This watchfulness is done to detect how big Abrasion and Absorbtion paving block form fine coarse aggregate with variation pressing in the maker process. Paving block that used in this watchfulness has long dimension 21 cm, wide 10,5 cm and thick 6 cm. Maker paving block has do limited partnership. Working that reside in village tanggulangin regency sidoarjo. In mixture variation the maker process that used that is comparison (cement : sand : fca) 1: 4: 0, 1: 4: 3 and 1: 4: 5 with variation pressing every mixture 60 kg/cm2, 80 kg/cm2, and 100 kg/cm2. Every variable is made 3 test things for worn-out strong and 4 test things for strong press, with test thing overall total 63 paving block fca. Wearing out level testing result minimum paving fca without head layer is got in mixture variation 1: 4: 3 and pressing 100 kg/cm2 as big as 0,089 mm/minutes while paving fca with head layer is got in mixture variation 1: 4: 3 with pressing 80 kg/cm2 as big as 0,040 mm/minutes. Minimum Absorbtion (best) got in mixture variation 1: 4: 3 and pressing 60 kg/cm2 as big as 2,757%, while strong press maximum got in mixture variation 1: 4: 3 and pressing 100 kg/cm2 as big as 406,959 kg/cm2 enter my quality is rules paving block. Wearing out level paving block fca more influenced by variation pressing and composers ingredient aggregate item variation paving block, ever greater be solid composers ingredient so paving be more hold back to get scraping.
