Abstract
The resource intended to descript concept tof interreligion heritage, importantly about musleem except heritage from “kafir’. Beside that, the resource explain and analize ideas of Islamic scholar, salaf and khalaf, between who forbid and permit. So, connect twice of ideas with purposes of syari’ah. The researce using qualitative description analysing with subject of resource, are the books and ideas from the Moslem scholars, classic and contemporer. The way of data unity is classification some verses alQur’an and Sunnah, also some looking about the problem. Analysing did with deductive and dalalah approach. The result of the resource are: 1. Ideas of Moslem scholar about the problem shared into two ideas, forbid and permit, 2. Ideas which permit its relevance with purposes of Syari’ah.
