Abstract
This research title is The Influence of Work-Discipline to Work-Performance at Tax Service Office Pratama Pasuruan. The research used survey approach. The research aimed to find out the level of work-discipline consisted of presence, obedient to rule, tool using, and responsible to the employee performance and also to find out work-discipline variable which owed strong influence to the employee. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, where independent variable was presence, obedient to rule, tool using, and responsible while the dependent variable was work-performance. According to the research and data analysis, there could be found that work-discipline variable consisted of presence, obedient to rule, tool using, and responsible, had significant influence to the employee performance, while work discipline which had the most powerful effect to employee performance was work-responsible.
