Creativity test in Indonesia is so limited, that's why there needed new creativity test tools. Origami is a paper folding art from. Japan which was so popular and the kids love them much. Besides as a game, through previous research there was known that origami made children learning and making some artwork creatively or making fold by imagination which practicing their persistence, carefulness, and this has correlation with creativity. Origami could be used as tools to measure creativity level, especially to children. In arranging test tool, there needed some steps, starting from deciding material and test tools used, doing try out to determine test administrative, including scoring and research subject statement, doing research, scoring, validity and reliability test, then arranging norms. Norms were so important to be used for reference in interpreting test result. This research was aimed to arrange origami creativity test norm. Subjects in this research were children in the find age area, between 9-10, since in this time, creative potential was developed optimally and needed serious attention. This research was a group research, so, in this research, the writer especially trying to make norm for 9-l0 years children, for the other age and also detailed equation about validity and reliability test by other researchers. According to the validity end reliability test, there found that origami creativity test was valid (r = 0,2117 - 0,7588) and reliable (0,7789 > r table) for each aspect and also externally valid, after correlated with the other creativity test. They were figural creativity test from Torrance since both of them measuring the same aspect (r = 0,285 - 0,346 and sig < 0,05) so it stated that there was significant relationship between both. test. After that, norm arrangement performance creativity test with ‘origami’ as media by using percentile method, by divided into 5 categories according measured aspect. They were fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration to be grouped according total scale score and there got performance creativity test norm with ‘origami’ media, that was very high > 17, high 14 - 17, average 12 - 13, low 8 - 11, and very low < 8.
