Nowadays, steel is one of the most widely material used in various sectors of industry and machinery, which is partly determined by economic values, but the most important one is that nature-that does vary. (Prof. of Surdia; Knowledge of Engineering Materials; Pradnya Paramitha) The goal of this research is to obtain the optimization physis nature, mechanical, and the appropriate quality. Any effort to improve, modify and improve the quality of steel has been developed. In the field of engineering, many ways in which development is done, one way is to heat treatment (heat treatment). On the experiment results extend that the hardness increased after heat treatment process, in this case annealing. When the ferrite degree higher than the level of perlite degree, the hardness of steel increased from before the anneal.
