Abstract

The purpose of this research with the title “The Analysis Of Interest Margin Difference Between National Private General Bank Go Public With National Private General Bank Non-Go Public In Indonesia Year Period 2003-2007”, is to know as much as difference’s amount of interest margin between national private general bank go public with national private general bank non-go public in Indonesia year period 2003-2007, that measured by two variable, are: Interest margin in percentage and Spread. The result of the try-out that realized by SPSS 12 for Windows showed that t calculate = -2,413 by using conviction level 95% in two sources test (α = 0,05) and degree of freedom (df) = n1 + n2 – 2 than the value of Ttabel from t1/2α;df = t0,025;8 = ± 2,204. This mean that the result of t calculate that received (-2,413) be located in the left of t list (-2,024) until Ho rejected and Ha accepted that indicate there is significant difference interest margin in percentage between national private general bank go public with national private general bank non-go public in Indonesia year period 2003-2007 period. Percentage interest margin in national private general bank go public smaller than national private general bank non-go public, this is indicate that national private general bank non-go public more efficient in managing interest income and interest expense to the productive assets.
