Moment of condition of industry in Indonesian given on to global emulation ang uncertainty of growth will be industrial, customer become more selective in chosening product which with quality. KUD. DAU in this time not yet owned system and work performance system of good to be able to reach existing mission and vision. So that needed correct method in finishing the problem. In solving of the problem use method SWOT analyse and Balanced Scorecard because both of the method can determine good strategy and work performance which is structure. By identifying internal factor and eksternal in company and assisted by EFAS matrix, IFAS matrix, and Internal-Eksternal matrix is so that obtained by company strategy. From result of strategy afterwards done by work performance system design which in the form of strategic target and key performance indicator (KPI) which related to four is in perspective, map strategy, and wight by using Analytical Hierrarchy Process (AHP) and Expert Choice. Is so that obtained by result of that is strategy which both of KUD. DAU like market penetration and market development. And work performance for the year of 2007 by using scoring system that is OMAX and Traffic Light System (TLS), obtained 8 KPI with green indicator, 16 KPI with yellow indicator, and 2 KPI with red indicator.
