Abstract

Reseliensi is a person's ability to bounce back to overcome all the pressures. Basically, every teacher has the ability to survive in the face of conditions that are not pleasant. But relisiensi quality is not the same for every individual in need important factors is the source of the formation of resilience. Job stress is a condition that is pressing or feeling depressed is a natural teacher in face at work. This study wanted to see if there is a relationship between resilience to job stress in teachers. The research carried on by teachers with Cluster Random Sampling. The data is needed, gathered in two kinds of scales which scale with the scale of job stress resilience. The independent variables in this study is the resilience and the dependent variable is job stress. Of the 40 questionnaires collected in doing the test validity and reliability as well as technical analysis of Karl Pearson Product Moment. Validity test results from 65 questionnaires resilience ITM and 6 grains fall, while job stress questionnaire contained 5 items fall from 45 items, reliability of test results with the relationship between job stress rsiliensi on teachers. The results of data analysis showed r = 0.427 with p <0.006 (very significant) this means that the proposed hypothesis verified, the conclusion is the relationship of resilience to job stress on teachers. This could mean that someone has the resilience to job stress in teachers. This could mean that someone has high resilience, the low work stress and low resilience contrary, the high work stress.
