Abstract

The application services within an organization, especially in industries considered to have an impact on customer satisfaction, this fact in general, internet cafes is viewed as one place in the deepening of knowledge and find various information about the progress and social change that was considered quite rapidly. Under these conditions, this research attempts to understand further consumer satisfaction as well as facilities provided, therefore this study given the title "Consumer Satisfaction in Warnet Against Facility." This research is a descriptive qualitative study aimed to find out and get a picture of customer satisfaction and facilities and services applied in internet cafes "Maximum". This research was conducted by using 5 subjects. Research includes pralapangan stage, the stage of field work and data analysis. The result showed that, consumers tend not satisfied with the facilities cafe "Maximum", while dissatisfaction with the facilities include: convenience or availability as yet there are AC and mini bar or mini café.
