Abstract

This study is survey by questionnaire as instrument of sample taking, the title which taken by writer are “Factors analysis which be considered in Choosing Warnet Surya Indah Net of Malang”. The goal of this study is to know factors which be considered consumer in choosing Warnet Surya Indah Net of Malang. In this study, writer take two hypotheses: that product, price, promotion, person, proved physical, process factor, and customer service are consider in choosing Warnet Surya Indah Net of Malang; and process factor is factor which dominated consider consumer in choosing Warnet Surya Indah Net of Malang. The analysis tool which writer use are factor analysis, because writer try to dig factor that be considered by consumer in choosing warnet which in this study give focus to Warnet Surya Indah Net of Malang. By digging variables of consumers, writer want to emerge factors that be considered by consumer in choosing Warnet Surya Indah Net of Malang. The study result which writer done, it may be concluded that process factor have dominance influence who be considered in in choosing Warnet Surya Indah Net of Malang, by total eigen value about 3.977, and variance about 12.052. Then, factors that also be considered consumer are proved physical by variance percentage about 10.729, person/employee factor about 8.884, price factor about 7.907%, product factor about 7.389, promotion factor about 5.222%, mark factor about 4.713, and customer service factor about 4.616%. Based on the conclusion above, it suggested to warnet owner to notice factor, proved physical, person, price, product, location, promotion, mark, and customer service factor in order to their warnet may always be visited customer.
