Along with continued development of globalization and the various threats and pressures from changes, then the effectiveness and efficiency need to be addressed. Human resources is The main factor in running the organization. Among the few things can affect the smoothness of an organization to achieve its goals is a factor communication. Persuasive communication as one method of communication, addressed to its efforts to encourage communicant for change attitudes, opinions or behavior behavior, not because of encouragement or coercion from others but on his own. PT. Telkom Kancatel Kediri as one company engaged in communication, the service has grown and evolved to an ongoing effort in improving the quality and maintain the image of the company, where employees as a resource major companies. In connection with that company's culture is an important part in developing a specific company. Similarly, Telkom Kancatel Kediri is committed to providing information and communication services of high quality. This understanding motivates all employees to together achieve the vision and mission company, in this case required a corporate culture in order to simplify the system management company, where the culture of this company as the executor of Public Relations communication plays an important role for consciously and of their own accord all parties within this unity can achieve company goals. From this background can be formulated research problem is there any influence of Communications Persuasive Public Relations on the Implementation of Corporate Culture and If there is how much influence Persuasive Communication on the implementation of the Corporate Culture of Public Relations. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence of PR on the implementation of Persuasive Communication Corporate Culture and to know the level influence of Persuasive Communication Public Relations on the Implementation of Corporate Culture. The theory used in this research is the theory of SOR (Stimulus - Organism - Response), where the effects are specific reactions to specific stimuli so that one can expect and predict the suitability between message and reactions communicant. In a research method, the type of research is quantitative with using a type of explanation. Location of research at PT. Telkom Kancatel FC during the month June to August 2006. While the population is all employees of PT. Telkom Kancatel Kediri, amounting to 141 people. In taking the sample used technique random sampling, while the sample is 25% of the population of 35 persons. Engineering Data collection was done by questionnaire and documentation. Analysis of the data used namely Simple Linear Regression Analysis using the formula. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the known value in the can for Fcount 73.930 while Ftable at 5% significant level is 4.14. Because Fcount greater than Ftable so evident is the influence of Persuasive Communication on the Implementation of Cultural Relations Company. To find out how big the influence of PR on Persuasive Communication Implementation of Corporate Culture used determinant coefficient (r) by squaring correlation coefficient value that has been found, amounting to 69.1% and the balance of 30.9% caused by variables that are not included in the study.
