Keywords: consumer behavior FAMILY A wide variety of products in the market will affect a person's attitude toward the purchase and consumption of goods, the purchase and use of a product at this time is no longer used to meet the needs (need), but very often the purchase and use of products driven by the desire (Want) whose attitude could be delayed. Such a lifestyle is likely to lead individuals on a more lifestyle-oriented spur on the material aspects or in other words indvidu tend towards consumptive lifestyle. The pattern of this consumption occurs in almost all walks of life, although with different levels berdeda including the pre sejatera family. In taking the credit of the goods, they are highly influenced by certain factors. By looking at the background above, the purpose of this study are: 1. To describe how the socio-economic conditions pre-prosperous family that consumptive. 2. To find out what factors are affecting the family konsumtifitas pre welfare. The research is qualitative research case study approach. And use descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques, that is by interpreting, describing, as well as a portrait of the state in accordance with the reality. Data collection method used was direct observation conducted without disrupting the activities of informants and interview (interview) conducted by question and answer directly to the informant, to obtain an accurate clarity about the subject matter which become the object of research. This research was conducted by taking data sources, which form primary and secondary data. Based on research results, it can be concluded as follows: 1. Socio-economic conditions pre-prosperous family is still very meperihatinkan, in addition to meet the daily needs and their children's education costs also have to pay installments for each item they credit the mortgagee deler circumference or on a motorcycle. 2. Factors that influence consumer behavior in pre prosperous family there are 4 factors are: a. Cultural Factors b. Social factors, which include reference groups and family. c. Personal factors, including lifestyle and work. d. Psychological factors, including motivation and perception.
