Abstract

This research represent descriptive research type with title " Influence Motivate To Satisfaction Of Job Employees Part Of Service Transportation At PT. VARIA USAHA GRESIK” Target of this research is first to know how motivation work employees exist in employees part of transportation service of PT. Varia Usaha Gresik, second to know how satisfaction of employees job part of transportation service of PT. Varia Usaha Gresik, and third to know do job motivation have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of employees job part of transportation service of PT. Varia Usaha Gresik. Used analyzer at this research is Spanning Scale and Simple Linear Regression that is to know influence of signifikan among motivation work to satisfaction of employees job part of transportation service of PT. Varia Usaha Gresik pass through test of F and test t. For a while to test questionary, used by validity test and test of reabilitas. From result of research indicate that motivation work employees part of transportation service of PT. Varia Usaha Gresik is high. This matter is proved availably total mean score of motivation variable work equal to 146. Hereinafter satisfaction of employees job part of transportation service of PT. Varia Usaha Gresik is proved high availably total mean score of variable satisfaction of job equal to 144. Result of from linear regresi modestly motivation variable work as free variable (X) and satisfaction of job (Y) obtained by Y = 3,947 + 0,746 X+ e with value of R2 equal to 0,599. From result of test of F obtained by f value calculate equal to 76,268 > value of F tabel 4,00 so that Ho refused and Is Ha accepted meaning job motivation variable have an effect on signifikan to Satisfaction of Job. From result of this research of company better earn more is improving of its effort to be able to motivate employees. This matter can be conducted by giving opportunity to determine step in finishing its work as according to employees creativity. Besides company better earn to maintain and pay attention more serious relate to matters able to generate satisfaction of employees.
