Abstract

This research in doing in August 2008 up to have, to collect the damage data and data of expense of from critical component at Milling machine. Intention of this research is to determining the international replacement of critical component Bolt Scraper and Bolt Unigrator at Milling machine, to minimize the replacement expense. Determination of international anti critical component Bolt Scraper and Bolt Unigrator can downhill of replacement total cost at milling machine specially component Bolt Scraper and Bolt Unigrator which during the time release the big enough expense for machine maintenance Milling. With applying Method Age Replacement, determination of international anti critical component which proposed applicable at company utilize downhillly of expense replacement of component. With this model have in determining the international anti to component Bolt Scraper that is 13 day with machine reliability storey;level equal to 0.678 and Bolt Unigrator that is 16 day with machine reliability storey;level equal to 0,648 so that in a period of hulling on 08 May to 25 December 2007 there are thrift of 36,72 % or expense of equal to Rp. 123.202.000,00 with C(tp) early Rp.237.092.469,00 and C(tp) newly Rp. 150.017.900,00 for component Bolt Scraper and thrift of 48.95 % or expense of equal to Rp.118.147.120,60 with C(tp) early Rp. 241.349.120,60 and C(tp) newly Rp. 123.202.000,00 for component Bolt Unigrator.
