Domestic violence (domestic violence) in Indonesia is very concerned for the survival of domestic relations between husband and wife, or parents with children. Violence not only do men, but both could have been done by a woman, who should be women or women by nature have a gentle nature and the nature of motherhood. But sometimes nature and motherly tenderness which is owned by a woman turned into an aggressive attitude and can fight her partner. This study aims to determine the causes of violence perpetrated by wives against their husbands, other forms of violence by wives. This study uses a case study approach. The subject of this study was the wife who committed violence against her husband, the subject consists of a single subject. Method of data collection using interviews, tests and Graphics TAT. While the validity of the method used was triangulation of data sources and methods. The results showed that the cause of the subject of violence on her husband because the subject of trauma to the failure of his first marriage and was discarded by his biological parents. Subject to defense mechanism against her husband by way of reaction to aggression where the subject cover the weaknesses themselves with violence. And one more by way of compensation, because the subject was unable to get affection will form the subject of dominance. While other forms of domestic violence committed subjects include physical violence such as slapping, hitting, or head njendhul husband; psychological violence such as in the form of disparaging and insulting her husband with the words stupid, not incompetent, and so forth; economic violence for example by taking husband's salary and only provide a little quota to buy gasoline at work, and sexual violence that is in the form of rejection of the marital relationship to the couple.
