Abstract

This research take title “ Elasticity Request of Labour Sector of non Agriculture in Sub-Province of Malang. Fundamental Problems to be solved is to analyse the level of elasticity request of labour in sector of non agriculture in Sub-Province. For that the intention of this research is to know how level of elasticity request of labour in sector of non agriculture in Sub-Province. Idea early writing of this Scripts arise caused by phenomenon that Change of economics structure of agrarian sector or primary of industrial area. The change have implication to to change of labour from agrarian or primary to industry. Level of absorbent labour by an sector earn isn't it from labour elasticity value. From research result indicate that From result examination of to show existence of elastic result and elastic in, for sector having the elasticity mean of elastic that is mining sector and dig, and services sector better need the existence of dealt only with policy is the sector without neglecting other sectors so that/ to be remaining happen balance between sector. While for sector which the was elasticity of elastic in that is industrial sector, electrics sector, gas, and clean water, building sector / construct, commercial sector, restaurant and hotel, transportation sector and communications, and sector of financial, rental, and public company service specially government of Malang Sub-Province give special attention to sector which was elastic in so that will assist in course of governmental and the sector of Malang Sub-Province ought to make policy which can be made guidance for sector, for example assuring the problem of looked into waging system very lame.
