Many people have negative thought on street children, in fact there were many children who able to develop their ability and valuable for society. One of them street children who got school. They work in street because of their economic condition in trouble, but they still could work well and defend their achievement. These children could be said as resilient kids where the resiliency couldn’t be shaped but still there are some influenced factors and the research intended to reveal it. The approach used in this research was qualitative with case study research design. Subject used was street children who got school in average 5 to 18 ages and have resiliency characteristic. Data collection used interview, observation, and questionnaire where all data analysis used through several reduction phases and data display, taking decision and verification. From the research which was done, there got resiliency ability of research subject shaped by internal and external factors. Where internal factors consisted of empathy and care to anybody else, good self-regulation to direct achievement, autonomy, having positive relationship with somebody else, self-confidence, ability to communicate, cognitive ability, hope and motivation in life, also adaptation ability. While from external factor, the former of subject resiliency were family support, somebody else support like school or people who care to street children, and support to get independency since the family condition. With the internal and external factors which owed by subjects and supported by family and environment factors (external factors), subject at last could adapted in positive way in their life and able to conclude the unpleasant conditions, so that the subject would able to develop potential and ability their own and have good achievement in school and life.
