Abstract

Degradation of ability of drastic farm and also progressively narrowing agriculture farm and global emulation which cause farmer added with economic burden of urban of industrial sector. Lower productivity him of agriculture caused the lack of agriculture which is enough and way of have cultivation which still is traditional. Besides also the existence of difference of countryside and town, so that cause big urbanization storey; level efficacy of system development and good agriculture effort very determined by ability in ready and applying of science. So that activity to yield technological and strategic technological component breakthrough in supporting food resilience and agriculture very is needed
