Non-fulfillment of one requirement may affect a person's psychological, means a person who has failed to meet the needs. So it will appear that experienced conflict situation and to relieve the burden often conduct flight to aggressive behavior as an attempt to overcome the conflicts it faces, in a way they can do violence, curse, scold, beat, threaten, break the rules, shouting and so on other. So they feel that the lack of satisfaction in the home can be satisfied in the environment outside the home. The atmosphere like this is very effective for adolescents to behave aggressively. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship of interpersonal conflict with parent-child Adolescent. The research method is disclosed that a draft of the research is correlational research. The study consisted of two variables: independent variable of interpersonal conflict parent-child and the dependent variable is the aggressiveness of youth. The population of all students SMUN 2 Jombang with a sample of students in grade 2 in the excellent class which numbered 80 students. The analytical method used is the Product Moment Correlation. The results were obtained r = 0.371, P <0.01 with the conclusion that there are positive and highly significant relationship between interpersonal conflict with parent-child Adolescent interpersonal conflict means that the higher the parent-child, it will be the higher the level of aggressiveness adolescents.
