In the project there are various kinds of activities are numerous, so we need a good management for timely implementation. And no resource fluctuations. Project management plays a very important to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively as possible. Directing resources to run dijalur should towards a predetermined target. The analysis aims to reveal the project management issues and provides an alternative in the form of development and refinement that better meet the principles of simplicity, practicality and economy of the project. Analysing the costs and time by rescheduling mechanism (rescedulling) using Primavera Project Planner program From the results of calculations performed by using Primavera Project Planner 3.0 program, known duration / timing of the total of 121 working days from the time of the initial 133 days, which means there is acceleration of 12 working days. As for Primavera project cost analysis obtained by the total cost of Rp 4,609,006,260.00 (excluding VAT 10%) of the total project cost is budgeted at Rp. 4.613.029.472.94 (excluding VAT 10%). This means there is a slope above the cost of Rp. 4,023,212.00.
