Abstract

In the implementation of development projects, certainly can lead to new conflicts which sometimes will have an impact on a long time to complete. Starting from the explanation we need to hold regulatory consultant agency in charge of overseeing the construction project. So that makes interesting to be researched and studied, is about the performance of the regulatory consultant agency in charge of making such construction project goes smoothly so that the process can take place with the right direction and reduce the deviation due to irregularities that occurred. In this study measuring instrument used to measure the performance level supervisory consultant through product design consultant to a process of supervision and control of documents produced regarding the quality, quantity and timing of work. To estimate the parameters of the equation is first transformed in the form of regression which is then analyzed using SPSS version 10.0. From these results obtained, Rule Factors consultant (quantity) and scheduling consultant (Time), has a correlation (relationship) as evidenced from the results of t test, evidence of the results of t test analysis which showed that the t count> t table is, (t b1 = 3, 650, b2 = 2.350 t count> t table = 1.72). And the two factors, rules and scheduling after tested together (Unison) appeared to have regression (rate effect) to Quality (Quality) Supervisor, proven performance of the f test results, evidence from analysis of test results showing that f f count > f table is, (f count = 42, 831> f table = 3, 55).
