Communications bring human being relation of essence to eksistensi, of non-temporal to history. Without communications, human being relation is as image which searching form. To communications human being relation is like path in drama becoming action, or growth become dynamics. Communications and human being relation is an unity. Thereby, because leadership is human being relation hence leadership and communications cannot be dissociated. In a head organization have to earn to become good communicator, in submitting message have to clearly can comprehend by all its subordinate. If a leader cannot become good communicator hence he will find difficulties in managing organization. Small problem emerging can become big problem and become serious which expand when a guidance misapprehend. Problem of this research is how big influence of leadership communications to spirit of employees job at Company Of Salt of Surya Great Ngoro Jombang. As for target of this research is to know how big influence of leadership communications to spirit of employees job at Company Of Salt of Surya Great Ngoro Jombang. Population in this research is entire/all employees Company Of Salt of Surya Great residing in Ngoro Sub-Province of Jombang amounting to 40 employees. This research represent quantitative research with type research of eksplanatori. Research method the used is method of survey. Variable in this research that is leadership communications variable (X) and variable of is spirit of employees job (Y). Appliance data collecting which which is used in this research is enquette with calculation use scale of likert. Data the collected to be to be processed with by using program computing of SPSS 15 and analysed with technique of regresi linear modestly. Result of analysis test F, Hypothesis Job (Hi) show influence of leadership communications to spirit of employees job accepted. From the methods obtained by result of correlation coefficient analysis where r = 0.743 also which seen at coefficient of determinasi where r2 = 0.552. Matter this means that free variable contribution (leadership communications) having an effect on to variable tied (spirit of employees job equal to 55.2 % the rest medium influenced by other factors. While test of F [in] obtaining F > F of[is tables of, that is 46.778 > 4.098 matter this means leadership communications have an effect on by signifikan to spirit of employees job Pursuant to result of research, can be concluded that leadership communications in Company Of Salt of Surya Great Ngoro Jombang represent very factor is necessary for the make-up of the spirit of employees job. Researcher suggest that to construct harmonious relation between subordinate and head. This matter is needed in expection of execution of duty between subordinate and superior there is feeling is same job and familiarity element.
