This study focused on the transsexual community who successes in gender reassignment surgery and for those who haven’t done it moreover should be face the Civil Law problems. The more transsexual community lived in Indonesia, the more insistent the needed of law existences to clarify their status. This research examined the several problems such as; 1. What kind of Law Civil problems could effect the transsexual community who successes in gender reassignment surgery? 2. How to solve the problems of Civil Law implication for the gender reassignment surgery in transsexual community? The Yuridis Sociologist approach as the basic method of this research used the data collecting technique in the form of interview and questioner with the staff of the Resident Office and also Iwama community. Besides, the direct observation on those locations, the writer observes city station as the place where the primer data taken. The result of this research reports that Resident Office and Civil Note Office have the important role in the legality provided evidence of sex changing. It is emphasized on how the transsexual community faces the particular Civil law problems, such as; the division of heritage for Moslem people, the difficulties on realizing matrimonial ceremony, and the mentality conflict on the society which is related to their rights as the citizen of Indonesia. Furthermore, it is conclude that when the transsexuals should be passed the process of sex changing, it is better if the needed of human socialized was fulfilled by giving the understanding between themselves in order to avoid the discrimination judgment. The open minded feelings between the transsexuals and the religion figures are also taking the important part in finding the best solution without ignore the religion rules. Finally, it is wishes that one day there will be a better new religion law for the transsexuals’ community.
