Since considering the importance of raw material roles in production process, home industry needs to know the management in determining the level of raw material needed. Lacking of raw material because of the running out of raw material to be processed can cause desisting of production process, however excess of raw material can harm industrial perpetrator. Therefore it is on the right track for home industry to perform a purchasing of raw material planning to provide raw material needed in production process so that production can go well with minimum expense. This research represents the study at Warna Sari, Dahlia and Devi Home Industry in West Lombok Sub-Province with the title "The Systems Analysis of Raw Material Accomplishment at Banana Kripik Home Industry ". The purposes of this research are (1) To describe the levying system of raw material by subscribing and retailing system at banana kripik home industry, (2) To analyze the raw materials cost of banana kripik home industry in subscribing and retailing system, (3) To analyze the raw materials cost of banana kripik home industry based on EOQ analysis in subscribing and retailing system, and (4) To analyze the standard material cost difference of banana kripik home industry between applying the EOQ analysis and the system that had been done. The analysis method which is used in this research is descriptive analysis by describing or depicts data which had been gathered as it is without any purpose to make conclusion. Beside that, it also used quantitative analysis method by specifying the most economic purchasing (EOQ). The cost analysis result of banana purchasing before and after using EOQ method at subscribing and retailing systems are: Warna Sari Home Industry in banana purchasing with subscribing system with total cost equal to Rp. 512.000,- per month. If reckoned pursuant to EOQ method, total cost purchasing of banana equal to Rp. 512.000,- per month. So that purchasing with subscribing system can give the expense of economic. Purchasing of banana with retailing system which is conducted by Devi Home industry with purchasing total cost equal to Rp. 1.167.000,- per month. Meanwhile, calculation by using EOQ method with total cost purchasing of materials equal to Rp. 1.167.000,- per month. Thereby retailing purchasing system also can give the expense of economic purchasing. So purchasing of banana by EOQ method is not recommended at home industry with subscribing and retailing purchasing system. From the result of cooking oil purchasing cost analysis before and after using EOQ method: The cooking oil purchasing done by Warna Sari home industry equal to Rp. 425.000,- per month, if reckoned by EOQ method equal to Rp. 455.000,- and at Dahlia home industry yield the expense of Rp 2.736.000 per month, after reckoned with EOQ method hence expense of purchasing equal to Rp. 2.808.000,-. Therefore the purchasing using EOQ method does not give lower expense so that EOQ method is not recommended for both home industries. The purchasing of cooking oil using EOQ method recommended for Devi home industry, because it can give more economic expense. Based on the result of conclusion and solution above, writer can give suggestion for Devi home industry, it is better using EOQ method in conducting the purchasing of cooking oil, because by this method we can find out the economic purchasing and to other researcher it is possible that EOQ method is more effective applied at more routine industry produce and in big volume with raw material that is able to be kept longer or can be stock.
