This research is an empirical research with title “ Influence Of Publication In Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) Level For Market Reaction (Study In Companies That Are Listing In BEI)”. The purposive of study is to find empirical evidences that publication corporate governance perception index (CGPI) award Influence for reaction of company market share that gets reward. The sample which is used this research is companies that get corporate governance perception index (CGPI) award. Hypothesis which used this research is that there is publication significant influence corporate governance perception index (CGPI) level for market reaction. And know what is there significant difference? Used test with one sample t-test method for abnormal return as publication proxy corporate governance perception index (CGPI) award. The result evidences that there is significant market reaction about five days before and after publication corporate governance perception index (CGPI) award. It reflects market belief for concept of good corporate governance principle the reward.
