Abstract
Education process which was done basically taught two knowledges or skill, which grouped into hardskill and softskill. Hardskill is a knowledge or skill in academic area with objective attitude like math, social knowledge or science. While softskill is a knowledge or skill in un-academic area or subjective attitude like moral and values. Math hardskill is student ability in mastering math theory or material which found through learning and teaching activity in class, while math softskill is student’s ability to apply all math theory or material in oral or written. The research aimed to find out hardskill quality in math learning, to find out the quality of softskill in math learning and also to find out correlation between math hardskill with softskill. Research method used in the research was correlational. The research used quantitative approach. With population X class Taman Madya Prigen year 2008/2009 and the sample was XA class. From the research, there was significant relation between student’s math hardskill and softskill showed by probability 0,0007 and there was ** sign which mean there was significant relation between two variables. So that in 1% significant level there could be concluded that student’s hardskill and softskill variables had significant correlation
