Leadership in a organization is a factor that determine success or not it organization in achieve the purposes. this factor functioneds as spirit organizer and employee work fervor in order to realize organization aim. ability a leadership to creat motivation and tall employee work spirit to berprestasi very is need. leader can also personate organizer that must has ability realize another person, can appreciate the fruit child and has integrity tall. This watchfulness limited to leadership style based on leadership theory situasional follow paul hersey and ken blanchard that is hit task behaviour dimension and connection behaviour dimension, as to reason that leadership style mencukup broader on correct leadership style applieds for employee with do task behaviour analysis and connection. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. based on scale distance average calculation result is got result that task behaviour leadership and connection enters in tall category so that leadership style inclination that is used consultation. test result f so can knowable that simultaneously leadership style that cover leadership perla task and has influence significant towards employee labour capacity in lamp operation hospital medical centre batam. based on regression coefficient each variable so can mengurikan that for task behaviour leadership variable (x1) that is as big as 0,580 and connection behaviour (x2) as big as 0,241. so thereby inferential that has larger ones influence towards employee labour capacity in lamp operation hospital medical centre batam. Suggestion that submitted that is supposed leadership companies always give push to employees on the chance of can work according to maximal at company, step directly get the whip hand of attitude employees so that they can carry out responsibility on job that burdened. leadership side companies supposed to always try to give support on activity that done employees. support form that is with always ready to offered aid either through technical and nonteknis when found employee that experience difficulty in run the task. supposed leadership side always explain in detail to employees on task that must be finished employees so that job that burdened to employee can be finished pursuant to that appointed by company.
