The use of an effective workforce is the key to success company, for it required the use of labor policy for willing to work more productively in accordance with a predetermined plan. One factor for increased labor productivity is needed leaders who could provide motivation or encouragement to the employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of motivation significant effect on work productivity of employees at PT. Polowijo Gosari Sidayu Gresik. The benefits of this research, especially for companies are as inputs of the motivating factors to work productivity employees are expected to be used as consideration in determining policies to motivate employees. Test instruments used in this study test the validity of a measure of the level of validity or the validity of an instrument, test This validity of using the product moment correlation method, and test the reliability is an index showing the extent to which an instrument can be trusted to measure an object. This reliability test using Cronbach alpha formula. While analysis tools used in this study using the range scale, multiple linear regression analysis, simple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test in this study is the F test and t test Result of calculation with test equipment in the form of the F test shows that there are significant simultaneously motivation to morale, it can be seen from the calculated F value 67.76 larger than F table 2.41. and there is a partial influence of motivation of morale, it can be seen from the t value greater than on table t 2.021. F test results between the spirit of cooperation to work productivity shows that there simultaneous influence on the morale labor productivity, this can be seen from the calculated F value greater 43.592 from the F table. It can be concluded that in this study proved that the motivational effect on work productivity. Suggestions for companies is to use the results of this study as consideration for corporate leaders to pay attention more information about the policy of giving salary to our employees, providing awards for employees who have a form of material or non-achievement material as well as health insurance and employee safety created a comfortable working environment, opportunity to participate in education and training should be improved.
