Abstract

Concrete has a maximum compressive strength than the tensile strength value. Concrete is also a massive material. The application of concrete on building structure usually reinforcing by steel bar as a combining material to support the weakness of concrete. This combination is called reinforcement concrete. Design of plate on 2nd floor is using reinforcement concrete plate with 170 mm thickness and using φ12 mm steel bar each 160 mm length for interior span and exterior span on column line and middle line. Design of concrete beam on 2nd floor is using reinforcement concrete beam with 300 mm width and 600 mm height of dimension and using 4D19 mm for bottom bar and 6D19 mm for top bar with shear bar is using φ10 mm steel bar each 220 mm length. Design of seating unit panel is using reinforcement concrete plate with 160 mm thickness and using D16 mm steel bar each 100 mm length and extra bar using φ10 mm steel bar each 240 mm length. Design of main concrete beam on 2nd floor is using reinforcement concrete beam with 400 mm width and 800 mm height of dimension and using 12D25 mm for top bar and 5D25 mm for bottom bar. Shear bar is using φ10 mm steel bar each 115 mm length. Design of concrete column on 2nd floor is using reinforcement concrete column with 400 mm width and 1000 mm height of dimension and using 14D25 mm steel bar. Shear bar is using φ10 mm steel bar each 90 mm length. On lower structure, is using pile foundation with 7,00 m depth and 35 cm for diameter. Amount of pile foundation on 1 pile cap is 8 pile. Steel bar for pile foundation is 4D25 mm. Shear bar is using φ10 mm steel bar each 135 mm length. Pile cap dimension is using 3,60 m length x 1,60 m width x 0,50 m thickness and steel bar is using D25 mm steel bar each 150 mm length.
