Abstract
The title of this research is ”Analyze Finance Work employee of Muhammadiyah of Malang”. This purpose of this thesis is to know finance work employee of “Melati” cooperation Muhammadiyah University of Malang 2005 until 2006 period is better. Based on this research the writer is taken hypothesis that finance work employee of “Melati” cooperation Muhammadiyah University of Malang are use analyze finance ratio (liquidity ratio, Equitas ratio, Operational Cost ratio, Profitabilitas ratio) use testing of time series and standart finance minister of state KUKM 2005 to evaluate finance work cooperation use cross section testing. The analyze calculation finance ratio be used to measure finance employee of “Melati” cooperation Muhammadiyah University of Malang 2005-2006 period is good. The conclusion of this research the writer can give suggestion to execute and manager cooperation maintain a finance work already be reached and if possible be risen.
