Research type which do is research of survey, where researcher observation in data collecting done at Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office with research title that is: Influence Of Development Of Career To Satisfaction Activity and Performance Employees At Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office. this Target Research is to know development of officer career which consist of planning of career management and career, satisfaction of officer performance and activity in Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office. To know influence which isn't it development of career which consist planning career management and career to satisfaction activity and know the variable development of strongest career influence to satisfaction activity work officer in Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office. Analyzer which used in this research that is by using spanning and scale of regresi simple and doubled linear. Pursuant to research result and solution which have been conducted by hence can be pulled conclusion that planning of career management and career at officer Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office enter in good category, satisfaction of high activity and performance all officers Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office enter in high category. Development of career which consist of planning of career management and career have an effect on isn't it to satisfaction of activity work officer Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office and planning of career have influence of larger ones compared to career management satisfaction of activity work officer in Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office. Result test simple linear regresi can know that satisfaction of activity have an effect on isn't it to performance all officers Kanwil Perum Pegadaian Malang office. Some suggestions able to be raised that is expected company effort for the agenda support development career to be conducted by officer. Hereinafter institution side expected to conduct occupation giration and also give facility and freedom in have activity to all officers on the chance of can work maximally in company, what directly will influence their career in working company. In effort to improve satisfaction of employees activity expected by company side to pay attention to regarding the problem of career all officers. Expected by out for to institution always create harmonious activity or atmosphere so that can support creation satisfaction of activity for employees. Real step able to be conducted that is passing to apply regulation consistently as according to procedure which have been specified so that can be used as by base all officers in have activity in institution.
